Centralised client and service counselling for seniors

Centralised client and service counselling provides you with low-threshold guidance and counselling on preventive services and the services of the well-being county. Clients enter the sphere of services through centralised client and service counselling.

It is, in fact, the new clients of the services for the elderly that the client and service counselling unit primarily serves.

Client and service counselling provides personal counselling for the client and determines their service needs, using the RAI performance scales. The necessary package for support and services is planned together with the client, people close to the client, or other network.
